AMENDED 1/27/10: PROPERTY AT A GLANCE AMENDED TO NOTE ISSUANCE OF SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS TO TENANTS - These apartment complexes were built in 1994 and 1919; the two buildings offer a total of 16 efficiency, 69 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom units. The Purchaser must conduct a Phase II Environmental Analysis at both locations. Attachment E provides more information concerning the environmental requirements. Interested parties should contact the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission Bureau for Historic Preservation to determine if there are any historic preservation issues concerning these properties. A $100,000 Earnest Money Deposit is required for bidding at the foreclosure sale. A $233,990 Letter of Credit (LOC) or Cash Escrow is required to ensure completion of repairs. HUD does not own or operate this facility. Viewing is at the discretion of the current owner and management agent.
