Overview
HOPE VI Planning Grants were awarded in Fiscal Years 1993, 1994,
and 1995 only. The awarding of planning grants was discontinued
in FY 1996 as a matter of policy. Since the HOPE VI authorization
does not provide for planning grants, none will be made in the future.
